Wir freuen uns, dass Sie sich für den Viasus Flow M entschieden haben. Die Bruce Kitchen GmbH gewährt Ihnen als Endverbraucher eine freiwillige Herstellergarantie nach den folgenden Bedingungen.

Diese Garantie ergänzt Ihre gesetzlichen Mängelrechte und schränkt diese nicht ein. Die Geltendmachung der gesetzlichen Mängelrechte ist für Sie unentgeltlich.

2. Gegenstand und Dauer der Garantie

Die Bruce Kitchen GmbH garantiert, dass der Viasus Flow M bei bestimmungsgemäßem Gebrauch im privaten Haushalt frei von Material- und Verarbeitungsfehlern ist.

Garantiezeiten ab Kaufdatum:

• Motoreinheit (Hauptgehäuse): 10 Jahre
• Alle weiteren Teile (Pressschnecke, Sieb, Trichter, Saftbehälter, Tresterbehälter, Reinigungsbürste, sonstiges Zubehör): 2 Jahre

Die Garantiefrist beginnt mit dem Tag des Erstkaufs durch den Endverbraucher. Maßgeblich ist der Kaufbeleg.

3. Garantieleistung

Im Garantiefall erbringen wir nach unserer Wahl eine der folgenden Leistungen kostenlos: Reparatur, Ersatzlieferung oder — wenn beides nicht möglich oder unzumutbar ist — Kaufpreiserstattung. Versandkosten zur Einsendung trägt im Garantiefall die Bruce Kitchen GmbH. Ausgetauschte Teile gehen in unser Eigentum über. Eine Garantieleistung verlängert die Garantiezeit nicht.

4. Räumlicher Geltungsbereich

Diese Garantie gilt in allen Mitgliedstaaten der Europäischen Union.

5. Ausgeschlossen von der Garantie sind

• Schäden durch unsachgemäßen Gebrauch, gewaltsame Einwirkung, Sturz oder Stoß
• Schäden durch Nichtbeachtung der Bedienungsanleitung
• Schäden durch gewerbliche Nutzung (die Garantie gilt nur für Privathaushalte)
• Verschleißteile bei nutzungsbedingter Abnutzung (z. B. Sieb, Pressschnecke nach mehrjährigem Dauergebrauch, Silikondichtungen)
• Schäden durch ungeeignete Reinigungsmittel, Spülmaschinengebrauch bei nicht spülmaschinengeeigneten Teilen oder durch Verkalkung
• Schäden durch Eingriffe Dritter, eigenmächtige Reparaturen oder Verwendung nicht originaler Ersatzteile
• Schäden durch Betrieb mit falscher Netzspannung
• Folgeschäden, mittelbare Schäden und Datenverluste

6. Geltendmachung der Garantie

1. Kontakt aufnehmen per E-Mail an info@bruce-kitchen.de oder telefonisch unter +49 30 62 90 15 77.
2. Folgende Angaben übermitteln: Produkt (Viasus Flow M), Foto der Seriennummer (Geräteunterseite), Kaufdatum, Kaufbeleg, kurze Fehlerbeschreibung sowie nach Möglichkeit Foto/Video des Defekts.
3. Rücksendeanweisung abwarten. Bitte erst nach schriftlicher Bestätigung zurücksenden. Wir nennen Versandadresse und Rücksendeschein.
4. Gerät sicher verpacken, möglichst in der Originalverpackung.

7. Verhältnis zur gesetzlichen Gewährleistung

Diese Garantie steht selbständig neben den gesetzlichen Mängelrechten. Ihre gesetzlichen Rechte (insbesondere zwei Jahre Gewährleistung gegenüber Ihrem Verkäufer nach §§ 437 ff. BGB) bleiben durch diese Garantie unberührt und werden durch sie nicht eingeschränkt. Die Inanspruchnahme der gesetzlichen Mängelrechte ist für Sie unentgeltlich.

2. Subject and Duration of Warranty

Bruce Kitchen GmbH warrants that the Viasus Flow M is free from defects in materials and workmanship when used as intended in a private household.

Warranty periods from the date of purchase:

• Motor unit (main housing): 10 years
• All other parts (pressing screw, strainer, hopper, juice container, pulp container, cleaning brush, other accessories): 2 years

The warranty period begins on the date of first purchase by the end consumer. The proof of purchase is decisive.

3. Warranty Service

In the event of a warranty claim, we will provide one of the following services free of charge, at our discretion: repair, replacement, or — if neither is possible or reasonable — refund of the purchase price. Bruce Kitchen GmbH bears the shipping costs in the event of a warranty claim. Replaced parts become our property. A warranty service does not extend the warranty period.

4. Geographical Scope

This warranty applies in all Member States of the European Union.

5. Exclusions

• Damage caused by improper use, force, drops or impacts
• Damage caused by failure to follow the instruction manual
• Damage caused by commercial use (the warranty applies only to private households)
• Wear parts subject to use-related wear (e.g. strainer, pressing screw after several years of continuous use, silicone seals)
• Damage caused by unsuitable cleaning agents, dishwasher use of parts not dishwasher-safe, or limescale
• Damage caused by interference by third parties, unauthorised repairs or use of non-original spare parts
• Damage caused by operation with incorrect mains voltage
• Consequential damage, indirect damage and data loss

6. How to Claim Warranty

1. Contact us by e-mail at info@bruce-kitchen.de or by phone at +49 30 62 90 15 77.
2. Provide: product (Viasus Flow M), photo of the serial number (bottom of the device), date of purchase, proof of purchase, brief description of the defect, and a photo or video of the defect if possible.
3. Wait for return instructions. Please do not return the device until we confirm in writing. We will provide the return address and a return label.
4. Pack the device securely, preferably in the original packaging.

7. Relationship to Statutory Rights

This warranty exists independently alongside your statutory consumer rights. Your statutory rights (in particular two years of statutory warranty against the seller under §§ 437 et seq. of the German Civil Code, or the equivalent in your country of residence) remain unaffected and are not restricted by this warranty. Asserting statutory rights is free of charge.

3. Prestation de garantie

En cas de garantie, nous fournissons gratuitement, à notre choix, l'une des prestations suivantes : réparation, remplacement ou — si aucune des deux n'est possible ou raisonnable — remboursement du prix d'achat. Bruce Kitchen GmbH prend en charge les frais d'envoi en cas de garantie. Les pièces remplacées deviennent notre propriété. Une prestation de garantie ne prolonge pas la durée de la garantie.

4. Champ d'application territorial

Cette garantie s'applique dans tous les États membres de l'Union européenne.

5. Sont exclus de la garantie

• Les dommages dus à une utilisation inappropriée, à des chocs, des chutes ou des coups
• Les dommages dus au non-respect du mode d'emploi
• Les dommages dus à un usage commercial (la garantie s'applique uniquement aux foyers privés)
• Les pièces d'usure soumises à une usure liée à l'utilisation (par ex. tamis, vis de pressage après plusieurs années d'utilisation continue, joints en silicone)
• Les dommages dus à des produits de nettoyage inadaptés, au lave-vaisselle pour des pièces non adaptées, ou à l'entartrage
• Les dommages dus à des interventions de tiers, des réparations non autorisées ou l'utilisation de pièces de rechange non originales
• Les dommages dus à un fonctionnement avec une tension secteur incorrecte
• Les dommages consécutifs, indirects et les pertes de données

6. Comment faire valoir la garantie

1. Contactez-nous par e-mail à info@bruce-kitchen.de ou par téléphone au +49 30 62 90 15 77.
2. Indiquez : produit (Viasus Flow M), photo du numéro de série (sous l'appareil), date d'achat, preuve d'achat, brève description du défaut et, si possible, une photo ou vidéo du défaut.
3. Attendez les instructions de retour. Merci de ne renvoyer l'appareil qu'après confirmation écrite. Nous vous communiquerons l'adresse de retour et une étiquette de retour.
4. Emballez l'appareil de manière sûre, de préférence dans son emballage d'origine.

7. Relation avec les droits légaux

Cette garantie existe indépendamment de vos droits légaux en tant que consommateur. Vos droits légaux (notamment la garantie légale de deux ans contre le vendeur, ou son équivalent dans votre pays de résidence) restent inchangés et ne sont pas restreints par cette garantie. Le spese di spedizione in caso di garanzia sono a carico di Bruce Kitchen GmbH. Le parti sostituite diventano di nostra proprietà. Una prestazione in garanzia non prolunga il periodo di garanzia.

4. Ambito territoriale di applicazione

La presente garanzia è valida in tutti gli Stati membri dell'Unione europea.

• Danni causati da uso improprio, urti violenti, cadute o colpi

2. Fornite: prodotto (Viasus Flow M), foto del numero di serie (sul fondo dell'apparecchio), data di acquisto, prova d'acquisto, breve descrizione del difetto e, se possibile, foto o video del difetto.
3. Attendete le istruzioni per il reso. Si prega di non restituire l'apparecchio prima di una conferma scritta. Vi forniremo l'indirizzo di reso e un'etichetta di reso.
4. Imballate l'apparecchio in modo sicuro, preferibilmente nella confezione originale.

5. Quedan excluidos de la garantía

• Daños causados por un uso inadecuado, golpes, caídas o impactos
• Daños causados por no seguir el manual de instrucciones
• Daños causados por uso comercial (la garantía solo aplica a hogares privados)
• Piezas de desgaste sujetas a desgaste por uso (p. ej. tamiz, tornillo prensador tras varios años de uso continuo, juntas de silicona)
• Daños causados por productos de limpieza inadecuados, uso de lavavajillas en piezas no aptas, o por cal
• Daños causados por intervenciones de terceros, reparaciones no autorizadas o uso de repuestos no originales
• Daños causados por funcionamiento con una tensión de red incorrecta
• Daños consecuentes, indirectos y pérdida de datos

6. Cómo reclamar la garantía

1. Contáctenos por correo electrónico a info@bruce-kitchen.de o por teléfono al +49 30 62 90 15 77.
2. Indique: producto (Viasus Flow M), foto del número de serie (parte inferior del aparato), fecha de compra, comprobante de compra, breve descripción del defecto y, si es posible, foto o vídeo del defecto.
3. Espere las instrucciones de devolución. Por favor, no devuelva el aparato hasta recibir confirmación por escrito. Le indicaremos la dirección de devolución y una etiqueta de envío.
4. Embale el aparato de forma segura, preferiblemente en su embalaje original.

7. Relación con los derechos legales

Esta garantía existe de forma independiente junto a sus derechos legales como consumidor. Sus derechos legales (en particular la garantía legal de dos años frente al vendedor, o su equivalente en su país de residencia) no se ven afectados ni restringidos por esta garantía. El ejercicio de los derechos legales es gratuito.

Okres gwarancji rozpoczyna się w dniu pierwszego zakupu przez konsumenta końcowego. Decydujący jest dowód zakupu.

3. Świadczenie gwarancyjne

W przypadku roszczenia gwarancyjnego zapewniamy bezpłatnie, według naszego wyboru, jedno z następujących świadczeń: naprawę, wymianę lub — jeśli żadne z nich nie jest możliwe lub uzasadnione — zwrot ceny zakupu. Koszty przesyłki w przypadku gwarancji ponosi Bruce Kitchen GmbH. Wymienione części przechodzą na naszą własność. Świadczenie gwarancyjne nie przedłuża okresu gwarancji.

4. Zakres terytorialny

Niniejsza gwarancja obowiązuje we wszystkich państwach członkowskich Unii Europejskiej.

5. Z gwarancji wyłączone są

• Uszkodzenia spowodowane niewłaściwym użytkowaniem, użyciem siły, upadkiem lub uderzeniem
• Uszkodzenia spowodowane nieprzestrzeganiem instrukcji obsługi
• Uszkodzenia spowodowane użytkowaniem komercyjnym (gwarancja obejmuje wyłącznie gospodarstwa domowe)
• Części zużywające się w wyniku eksploatacji (np. sito, ślimak tłoczący po wieloletnim ciągłym użytkowaniu, uszczelki silikonowe)

2. Podaj: produkt (Viasus Flow M), zdjęcie numeru seryjnego (spód urządzenia), datę zakupu, dowód zakupu, krótki opis usterki oraz, jeśli to możliwe, zdjęcie lub film przedstawiający usterkę.
3. Poczekaj na instrukcję zwrotu. Prosimy nie odsyłać urządzenia przed pisemnym potwierdzeniem. Podamy adres zwrotny oraz etykietę zwrotną.
4. Zapakuj urządzenie bezpiecznie, najlepiej w oryginalnym opakowaniu.

2. Předmět a doba trvání záruky

Bruce Kitchen GmbH zaručuje, že Viasus Flow M je při použití v souladu s určením v soukromé domácnosti bez vad materiálu a zpracování.

Záruční doby od data zakoupení:

• Motorová jednotka (hlavní těleso): 10 let
• Všechny ostatní díly (lisovací šnek, sítko, plnicí násypka, nádoba na šťávu, nádoba na dužinu, čisticí kartáček, ostatní příslušenství): 2 roky

Záruční doba začíná dnem prvního nákupu konečným spotřebitelem. Rozhodující je doklad o koupi.

3. Záruční plnění

V záručním případě poskytneme dle vlastní volby bezplatně jedno z následujících plnění: opravu, náhradní dodávku, nebo — pokud ani jedno není možné nebo přiměřené — vrácení kupní ceny. Náklady na zaslání v záručním případě nese Bruce Kitchen GmbH. Vyměněné díly přecházejí do našeho vlastnictví. Záruční plnění neprodlužuje záruční dobu.

4. Územní rozsah platnosti

Tato záruka platí ve všech členských státech Evropské unie.

5. Ze záruky jsou vyloučeny

• Škody způsobené nesprávným používáním, násilným působením, pádem nebo nárazem
• Škody způsobené nedodržením návodu k obsluze
• Škody způsobené komerčním používáním (záruka platí pouze pro soukromé domácnosti)
• Díly podléhající opotřebení v důsledku používání (např. sítko, lisovací šnek po několikaletém trvalém používání, silikonová těsnění)
• Škody způsobené nevhodnými čisticími prostředky, mytím v myčce u dílů, které do myčky nepatří, nebo zanesením vodním kamenem
• Škody způsobené zásahy třetích osob, neoprávněnými opravami nebo použitím neoriginálních náhradních dílů
• Škody způsobené provozem při nesprávném síťovém napětí
• Následné škody, nepřímé škody a ztrátu dat

6. Uplatnění záruky

2. Sdělte nám: produkt (Viasus Flow M), fotografii sériového čísla (na spodní straně přístroje), datum nákupu, doklad o koupi, stručný popis vady a pokud možno fotografii nebo video vady.
3. Vyčkejte na pokyny k vrácení. Přístroj prosím nezasílejte zpět dříve, než obdržíte písemné potvrzení. Sdělíme vám adresu pro vrácení a vrácenku.
4. Přístroj bezpečně zabalte, nejlépe do originálního obalu.

7. Vztah k zákonným právům z vad

Tato záruka existuje samostatně vedle vašich zákonných práv spotřebitele. Vaše zákonná práva (zejména dvouletá zákonná záruka vůči prodávajícímu, případně její ekvivalent v zemi vašeho obvyklého pobytu) zůstávají touto zárukou nedotčena a nejsou jí omezena. Uplatnění zákonných práv je bezplatné.
